Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is seeking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Program Management Services for a prestigious company that has been around for a long time.

The Quality Assurance Specialist must have an understanding of and a keen interest in the construction industry is essential. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates, implements and manages quality assurance procedures
  • Reviews quality assurance procedures, deliverable documents and reports
  • Ensuring that company standards and policies are observed
  • Documenting quality assurance activities

Job Requirements

 

  • Must have an understanding of and a keen interest in the construction industry is essential
  • Program or Construction management experience
  • 5 Plus years of Quality Assurance Specialist experience is required
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team
  • Ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Communications Skills

 

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business Management required

 

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant work experience in a large-scale program
  • Familiar with policies and procedures for quality control and assurance
