Job Description:

Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is recruiting for a Office Engineer to support our Program Management Services team and work for a prestigious firm that has been around or a long time.

The Office Engineer must have an understanding of and a keen interest in the construction industry is essential.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Meeting Minutes for large (number of attendees) technical meetings from drafting to comments and distribution
  • Attend program and project calls and meetings
  • Keep accurate and detailed program records and documentation in an organized manner
  • Support the program administratively throughout the project’s lifecycle with a focus on data accuracy
  • Adhere to strict schedule for issuing final minutes
  • Create action item, open item and summary item lists based on all meetings

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of and a keen interest in the construction industry is essential.
  • Program or Construction management experience
  • 5 Plus years of Office Engineering experience is required
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications
  • The ability to multi-task, handling numerous concurrent requests
  • The ability to work as a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment

 Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business Management required

 

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant work experience in a large-scale program
  • Familiar with policies and procedures for construction contract administration
