Preferred Skills:

Job Requirements:

  •  3-5 Years experience as a MEP engineer
  • Experience with building projects
  • superintendent
  • Building heating plant equipment, including boilers, pumps, tanks and trap
  • Electrical equipment at all levels of building
  • Lifts and compactors
  • Conduit and associated wiring at all levels throughout site
  • Installing standby emergency generator
  • Installation of new boiler & electrical buildings

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is desirable

 

Certification(s):

  •  OSHA 30 hour
