Must have 3-5 years experience.  The salary is $104k.

This position starts February 1st.

Preferred Skills:

Job Requirements:

•  3-5 Years experience as a Architectural engineer
• Experience with building projects
• Superintendent experience a plus
• Excellent understanding of architectural, civil, and engineering plans and specifications.
• Working knowledge of building construction and trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes
• Drywall repair and painting
• Walk through units with inspectors
• Ensure that all sub-contractors clean up daily
• Ability to understand steps and directions, and ask questions when uncertain
• Enforce OSHA safety policies
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors activities
• Ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, contracts’ scope of work and schedule

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar is plus

Certification(s):

•  OSHA 30 hour
