Job Description:

 Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is recruiting for a Program Coordinator consultant to work for a prestigious University.

The core duties covered by this position; an expanded support role on the University Center for Professional Development (CPD) Services Delivery

and Services Team to support training and professoinal development efforts of the University Open Educational Resources (OER) Services.

This is a 6 month plus consultant position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct the support functions related to training and professional development programs provided by the University Center for Professional Development (CPD) Services and in support of University Open Educational Resources (OER) Services

  • Maintaining relationships with registrants Host Campuses, Program Managers, and Instructors / Program Faciliators

  • Facilitate communication with instructors to make certain that they have attendee lists, materials, directions, parking passes that will successfully enable their work.

  • Execute online registration set-up, confirmations, maintain attendance records, catering, invoices, evaluations, certificates/badges, logistical support

  • Place orders for event expenses according to budget; process payments

  • Act as the principle liaison between the University CPD and Campuses hosting University OER Services

    professional development events

  • Coordinate the set-up of Online Programs, Enrollments/Participation, by providing access direction to participants

  • Collaborate with the University OER Services Team to plan training and professional development calendars

  • Provide Registration, Participation data, and Survey data to the University OER Services on regsitration and faculty participation

  • Distribute marketing materials to the University Wide-Listserves, CPD Calendar, and Workplace Tools

  • Participate in a Team of professionals providing support for CPD Delivery and Services and conduct additional program support activities as needed to maintain team workflow

  • Possesses a love of learning and exploring how technology can be used to support business needs

  • Excellent oral and writing communications skills

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong Technical aptitude

  • Ability to work independently

  • Accuracy in record keeping are a must

  • Experience with web-based technologies is required

  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required

Education

Associate’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline plus a minimum of 3 years professional experience

 

Preferred Skills

Experience in working in a Higher Education environment

WORKS WITH: CPD Leadership, OER Services, ATIS Organizations, Working closely Program Coordinators in the Delivery & Services Team.

PROGRAM TOOLS: Registration Database, Survey Tool, Web Conferencing Software and Help Desk.
